Darren Maltz
Darren is a partner at Helios Equities. Prior to co-founding the firm, Darren was as an associate in the real estate group at GreensLedge, a structured finance investment bank. At GreensLedge, Darren focused on raising real estate equity, debt, and special situations real estate workouts. Prior to GreensLedge, Darren was an analyst at LNR Property in their CMBS debt originations group.

Jonathan Boyarsky
Jonathan is a partner at Helios Equities. Prior to co-founding the firm, Jonathan worked as a private multifamily investor and property manager in Jersey City for 15+ years. Jonathan is also the 4th generation owner of Beckenstein Men's Fabrics in Manhattan New York.
